Memorex introduces slim movie cases and premium CDR media

While a normal CD-R is sold with pretty low
margins, DVD media and special CD-Rs can bring some additional margin to
retailers and manufacturers. Memorex has also thought about this and has
introduced serveral new CD-R media variations. Besides that it has also added
slim line movies cases to its product line.

Colour: 5 funky colours for the young trendy user who
wants to organise his or her CD content by smart and cool colour concepts
or simply loves the bright, eyecatching colours on both sides of every
disc.Printable: A new generation of CDR which
allow inkjet printing directly onto the top surface of the disc using one
of today's new printers specifically designed for optical media printing.
The high quality printable surface allows users to produce CDs which
really look professionally made.Black: With its
black recording and upper surfaces, the new design Black CDR combines
premium quality with a very stylish and highly individual disc. Make a
note of the CD contents in the neat silver arc or on the top surface using
a metallic CD pen for something really unique.

Titanium: A new scratch resistant CDR with a
tough surface coating to protect against scratches from everyday use.
Ideal for long term archiving and safe keeping of important data, music or
images. Perfect for use in places where the disc is at risk of damage such
as in the car, by children or simply when used frequently.
Pro90: The
new super capacity CDR offering 90 minutes recording time or 800MB data
capacity. A specialist application product meeting a consumer requirement,
but not all CD Recorders can use them.

DVD
cases: The case is moulded from scratch resistant black plastic
and is a slimmer version of the standard DVD movie case design used for
DVD movie sales and rentals. In many households space is at premium, so
the slim case offers a practical and space saving solution for storing
home & camcorder recordings on DVD and it fits seamlessly into any DVD
film collection. Memorex is releasing the slim cases in the form of the
latest 4X speed 4.7GB +R/RW or -R/RW media.
