Already reported a lot about the problems with Easy CD Creator but now also Microsoft posted a warning on their site for Windows 2000 users saying that the software is causing PCs to crash.
SYMPTOMS Immediately after you install Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.0 Platinum, you may receive an error message on a blue screen and the computer may stop responding (hang), or the computer may take a long time to start. |
CAUSE
The Easy CD Creator Take Two module is not compatible with Windows 2000.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, please contact Roxio, or visit the Roxio Web site
If you still have problems after a full install, you can disconnect the cable to the Zip drive (if u have one), disconnect the IDE cable to your CD-R or CD-RW drive or disconnect all USB devices. Well if that doens't work try disconnecting your screen, now u don't have any problems anymore
