On the Japanese website of Mitsubishi Chemicals we
can read that the company will start shipping 4x DVD+RW media from the first of
July. There are two types of discs available, 4x DVD+RW media for video with the
capacity listed of 120 minutes, and 4x DVD+RW media for data with a capacity
listed of 4.7 GB. Quality of the discs is assured by a new technology which the
company calls: SERL. This technology should improve the layer of the disc to
