The Napa DAV311 packages MP3, standard CD (CDDA), CD-R and most CD-RW as well as VCD playback capability into a reasonably sized, lightweight device that can withstand a lot of movement without skipping.

So, in normal words:
This is a discman that can play Audio CD (CDDA), CDRW's (yes!!), MP3CD's (so about 180 songs on 1 CD) AND you can connect this nifty thingie on your TV. It has support for both PAL and NTSC audio/video. AND there is a remote control included into the package!!
