NEC presents its High Speed ReWriteable drive MultiSpin that is capable of writing at 12 speed, rewriting at 10 speed, and read at 32 speed.
The drive uses Justlink to make sure the CD will written without an anoying buffer underrun. In addition the NR-7700 takes advance of NEC's "high resolution writing strategy" and NEC's "optimum power control" (OPC).
NEC has introduced its high speed CD-RW drive, capable of writing to CD-R on 12x same as writing or rewriting CD-RW discs at 10x speed reading CD-ROM media at 32x max. speed with a access time of 98 ms. The NR-7700 offers fast and highly reliable writer and rewritable technology without compromising read performance. Besides writing and rewriting CD-RW media for fast backup, personal file storage and CD prototyping, users can permanently burn low-cost CD-R discs for distribution and archiving, fully compatible with existing CD storage standards. |
