Allmighty used our news submit to tell us
that a new version of file-sharing software Soulseek has been released recently. With Soulseek you
can search music and samples that are not mainstream. This latest version
has the following changes:
 Soulseek v147:
147 features two improvements: an
optimized search engine, which worked a lot better for me with 9000+ files
shared, and the infamous Soulseek.exe stub loader, so old that I can't
even find the source code for it anymore, no longer bundled. slsk.exe will
run by itself, and a few people on the board said they got a more stable
client that way. I'm thinking it may also help with the occasional loss of
configuration that sometimes happens between
upgrades. |
