Matsushita Electronics, better known as Panasonic has announced that it will expand the production of products related to DVD technology. This is just another sign that DVD products are becoming more and more populair.
The company will be able to produce over 800.000 more new DVD products.
Matsushita Electronics will expand its DVD-related production in Singapore next year. The Japanese electronics giant says this will increase its production capabilities next year by 30 percent. |
That would then bring its output of DVD players to over 800,000 sets. However, the company declined to say how many more workers it will hire for the increased production. It also did not want to say how many are currently working in its DVD unit.
