sandman666 used our news submit to tell us that Pinnacle has updated their Instant Copy software to version 7.1.1. On their website you can download a 12.2 MB large patch that upgrade the software. This new version introduces the following bug fixes, improvements and new features:

- Better usage of destination disk capacity
- Optimized video quality
- Overall speed improvements
- "Phantom cell sets" fixed
- Still picture problem fixed (occured in menus with sound)
- Demux errors fixed (aka SID error)
What's new in version 7.1.1 - The main improvements are a significant speed increase for the DVD transcoding (approx. 30%-50% faster) and a new analyze method for better target disk size usage.

- F5 : Enable the OK button ignoring all size issues
- F6 : Saves the currently selected percentages/titles/streams for this DVD
- F7 : Load (if previously saved) settings for this DVD
