Oopsy. A while back, we reported that a company was contracting with WalMart to provide an HD DVD player by Q4 with a target price of less than $200. Between then and now, the price went up by $100 and it looks like what Walmart really did was to "inquired about their ability to provide a schedule along with cost and quantity details". Fuh Yuan has stated that they are continuing plans for construction of the facility and possibly hoping other parties might be expressing interest. Well, we might not see it this year but "If they build it, we will come".
