our Plextor Forum SoBal and right2copy both let us know that Plextor Japan and Europe have released a new firmware version for the PlexWriter Premium drive. This latest firmware version has the following changelog:
 PlexWriter Premium(-U) V1.02: Fixed Bugs: - Writing on some CD-R media at speeds between 20X to 40X will generate a write error.
