Plextor Europe releases new firmware for PX-W4824TA - v1.03

Plextor Europe has let us know that it has released a firmware upgrade for the PX-W4824TA. The version number has been increased to 1.03. Mount Rainier support has been updated and a bug has been fixed:

Fixed Bugs:

  • Drive does sometimes not eject the empty tray when the eject-button is used.

    Improvements:

  • Many improvements for Mount Rainier support.
