H-EvA-K and Octopuz used our news submit to tell us that Plextor has released version 2.16 of Plextools Professional. Plextools is a set of tools that has been specially designed to interact with Plextor drives and offers a wide range of options. In combination with several drives the software is able to do extensive quality testing on CD and DVD media. Here is the changelog:

Plextools users are advised to rush to the Plextor site to test this new version. Of course our Plextor Forum is the place to discuss the changes. We're certainly intrested in how the Q-check functionallity has been improved!
