RIAA file-sharing lawsuits top 10,000 people sued

As of Friday April 29th,the RIAA has sued over
10,000 people for file sharing(copy infringement).Since September 2003,the RIAA
has been keeping busy at their legal tact by suing the pants off anyone
caught sharing music.

Making up for March's skipped litigation, the RIAA has fired a second round of April Lawsuits this week against 725 File Sharers for Copyright infringement.

And given news reports of $3,000 average settlements, this means that the RIAA's probably collected over $30 million from individual File Sharers.

With these lawsuits filed, it states in the Federal Caseload Judicial Statictics that
these lawsuits make up 2.3% of the caseloads filed each month in federal
court. To read the entire article,go to sharenomore.blogspot.com
