Looks like Ritek is warning of pirate goods in the Japanese marketplace. Here is a warning that they have posted upon their web page.

Although hard to see, due to the small image from the website, it's easy to do a screen capture and then blow up the image, for a better look. Then it's rather simple to see that the fake media has a very different label when compared to the genuine packaging.
