Blu-ray laser diode featuring a low power consumption of 168mW and a 20mW
output. Samples of the new GH04020A2GE diode will be shipped starting from
November 1st. Main use of this new component will be playback of the next
generation optical devices such as HD-DVD and Blu-ray.
