The press release goes on to say: The "Easy On-Screen Programming" function allows users to bring up the TV schedule on screen and select the programs they want to record, just as if they were circling programs on the TV page of the newspaper. This makes it easy to record long-running, multiple TV programs.
These models also give users a wealth of ways to record and store digital images. In addition to digital dubbing between the hard disk and DVDs and a variety of editing functions, a DV input jack allows users to transfer digital video camera images to the hard disk or to a DVD and make their own digital library.
