Sony PS3 pre-order started in Germany by major chains

Over at I4U, they have a translation of some news over in Germany indicating the pre-order process has begun in that country. It would be nice to find out how many jump on the bandwagon! The PS3, when it comes out, will be a good Blu-ray value, as it's being heavily subsidized by games.

Germans can now pre-order the 60GB Sony PS3 for 599 Euro at major electronics chains Saturn and Media Markt.

Customers who pre-order will get a free PS3 game when the new Sony console is shipping on November 17th.
We reported already about a
similar PS3 deal from Australia. Let's see if such Sony PS3 pre-order deals also comes to the United States.
