Tell your Congressmen to KILL CBDTPA !

Remember this newsposting a few days ago ? Wiccabilly mentioned a link in that posting to 'Digital Consumer', a primo advocacy site. It offers a free fax service so you can send your thoughts on CBDTPA to the senators and House representative who represent you.

They offer a form letter but you can type your own if you like. Be polite though. The congressmen can't read all these letters; they have assistants who check them and tally them up to get a reading of how the public feels. All caps and swear words won't make it count more

"On March 21st, the CBDTPA became an official bill. This is bad news because it means that there's a real chance that it could become a law. That's why we need you to act now! Please fill out this form to allow us to send a fax on your behalf to a member of Congress who is sponsoring the CBDTPA."

Please note that they need your real zip (postal) code. Your real name and e-mail are a good idea too. The government already knows who you are and I doubt they're going to spam you
