In a stunning slap at Hollywood and its ongoing copyright battle with digital swappers, Internet users boldly began trading copies of the latest RINGS on Sunday.
But one AOLTIMEWARNER executive expressed serious doubt that a file is in play.
"I have serious question about this, I am not sure we even have a finished product yet!" said the executive from New York. "I don't know what this is, but if it is the movie, or any portion of the movie, we will impose strict criminal penalties against anyone and everyone that downloads it!"
Visit the link above for more. On a side note, it's possible that an earlier cut of the film could be out there, thus explaining how it could get out so early. However, TheOneRing.Net surfed around and didn't find copies of it anywhere. There were only fake files claiming to be TTT.
LOTR is my favourite movie of last year and if and I said BIG if its true, I dont think this great movie comes to his right to be watched on a monitor or on tv. This kind of movie needs to be experienced in the theater or dvd with the right equipment.
