Toshiba seems to be
one of the only companies that is still sticking to the DVD-RW format and seems
for now not be interested to add DVD+RW capabilities to their hardware.
JapanToday.com now reports that the company will launch a new DVD recorder,
the RD-XS31 is a DVD recording device with a 80 GB hard drive and it will
be able to write DVD-R, DVD-RW and DVD-RAM.
