According to I4U News TSST (Toshiba Samsung Storage Technology) is working on a DVD drive with support for HP's LightScribe technology. LightScribe enables you to burn professional labels on your discs and it was announced at the CES show in January this year. Drives supporting the technology have however not been announced until now.
According to HP's website products supporting the LightScribe technology are/were scheduled to be released this summer but unfortunately it looks like that won't happen. Besides TSST also Philips and Hitachi-LG are on HP's list of licensed optical drive makers
while CMC Magnetics, Moser BaerIndia and Mitsubishi Chemical
Corporation are the currently licensed media manufacturers.
