If you are anything like me, there is a high probability that you use a cloud storage solution of some sort, or even more than one solution. If you use Google Docs, Dropbox, or Box.net, Joukuu can help you manage the files you store across all three of those services. It even supports multiple accounts on each service.
Joukuu exists as both a web based tool and a desktop application, provided you are a Windows Vista or Windows 7 user. The web based application allows you to link accounts from Google Docs, Dropbox, or Box.net. Once you link up your accounts, you can manage all of your files, across however many accounts you have, in one browser window.
Joukuu automatically indexes all of your files when you add an account and provides the means to share files across any of those accounts and services right from the same browser window. If you delete a file or create a new folder, the modifications are synced right back to the service that keeps that file.
For me the most notable feature of Joukuu is the ability to search through all of your files across every account and service you use. That means no more guessing whether I uploaded a backup of my presentation to Dropbox or if I pushed it out to Google Docs and if I did, which email account did I link it to. I can simply log into Joukuu and search to figure out where the file is. That could be a huge time saver if you have many files, or multiple accounts, to look for things in.
All of the basic features like search, linking multiple accounts, uploading files, deleting files, adding folders, and sharing are available in the free, web based version of Joukuu. If you want more powerful options like the ability to add categories for your files, manage things via drag and drop, or right click on folders to make local backups you'll need to at least use the free version of the desktop application. Some of those features, most notably categories, require you to pony up $29.99 for the Plus version of the software, which isn't horrendously expensive.
Currently the Joukuu desktop application is PC only and there is no info on their website about adding a Mac version. Smartphone support and support for additional services like Sugarsync, Huddle, Skydrive, and others will be available in the future.
